“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” — Colossians 3:23
I am truly honored to receive the Inspiring Filipino Award in the Fashion category at the 3rd Annual Empowered Filipinos in Seattle, Washington.
Awards are encouraging, but they were never meant to be the destination. The greatest reward is knowing that every opportunity, every client, every artwork, every face I get to serve, and every door that opens is another chance to glorify Jesus.
Since I started my journey as an artist and makeup artist, I’ve held onto one conviction: to work with excellence because I am first serving the Lord before anyone else. Whether someone sees it or not, He does. That has always been enough.
I pray that my work points people not to me, but to the One who gave me these hands, this creativity, and this calling.
Thank you, Kuya James Saarenas James Saarenas for creating a platform that celebrates Filipino excellence here in Washington.
Thank you to everyone who believed in me and nominated me—Brielle, Charm, and Sally. Your encouragement means so much.

To every client who has trusted me with your most special moments, thank you for allowing me to serve you through my artistry. Your support has been part of this journey.
As a Filipino, it is an honor to represent our community beyond our homeland. I pray that wherever God takes me, I would carry not only Filipino excellence, but the love and character of Christ.
All honor, all glory, and all praise belong to Jesus Christ alone. 🤍
Soli Deo Gloria.

People often think natural bridal makeup is the “easy” option.
In reality, it’s one of the most technical looks to create.
There’s nowhere to hide.
Every layer has to disappear into the skin. Every product has to work together without looking heavy. Coverage has to even out the complexion without masking it. The glow has to come from within—not from obvious shimmer or highlighter. Every detail matters because the goal isn’t for people to notice the makeup.
Every makeup style has its own artistry.
A full glam requires precision, balance, and impact. A soft glam is all about creating dimension while keeping everything seamless. And natural bridal makeup? It has its own challenges too.
When a bride asks for glowing skin and makeup that doesn’t look like makeup, every product choice matters. The skin still needs to look like skin. The coverage has to be invisible. The glow has to look healthy and effortless—not oily or overdone.
My bride’s only request was radiant, healthy-looking skin and a very natural finish. She wanted to feel like herself (as she don't wear makeup at all) walking down the aisle, just a little more polished and camera-ready.
I love creating every kind of bridal look—from natural to soft glam to full glam—because no two brides are the same. My favorite makeup style is the one that makes you feel the most beautiful on your wedding day. 🤍

She originally planned to do her own makeup for her wedding.
But after thinking about how important the photos would be, she decided to trust a professional instead. 🤍
The only thing she told me?
“I want something that looks good on camera.”
She showed me a Thai-inspired makeup look, and from there, she trusted me to customize it for her features, skin tone, and wedding day.
And… tadaaah! ✨
A soft, radiant glam inspired by her vision, but made just for her.
This is why bridal makeup isn’t about copying an inspiration photo—it’s about creating a version that makes you look your absolute best in person and in every photo you’ll look back on for years.

I had ONE question while doing her makeup… 🤍
Her skin was so healthy and radiant that I couldn’t help but ask about her skincare routine. As makeup artists, we love makeup—but we also know the best glam starts with a well-cared-for canvas.
Good skin doesn’t mean you need less makeup. It just means everything applies more beautifully.

Flowers, bridal beauty, and the happiest kind of love. 🤍🌸
There’s something so timeless about a bride surrounded by beautiful blooms. Every detail came together so effortlessly, creating a look that feels elegant, romantic, and uniquely hers.
It truly takes a talented team to bring a wedding vision to life, and I’m so grateful to have been part of it. ✨

The Power of Lighting ✨
Same bride. Same makeup. Different lighting.
One photo makes her skin appear deeper and warmer, while the next makes it look lighter and brighter.
This is why makeup can look completely different depending on natural light, indoor lighting, flash, or your camera settings. It’s also why I always check my brides in different lighting before they walk down the aisle.
Don’t judge a makeup look from just one photo—lighting changes everything. 🤍
Have you ever noticed how different your makeup looks in the bathroom mirror vs. outside?
