Silk Press on my gorgeous sister! A silk press is a hair straightening technique that uses a flat iron to temporarily smooth and straighten natural hair without chemicals. The service starts off with a luxurious shampoo, scalp massage & deep conditioning treatment. Using heat protectant, we then blowout and finish by pressing the hair with a flat iron. Figure it’s time for a reintroduction, my name is Anne (pronounced Annie) and I’ve been in the hair industry for 16 years this November :) Starting at the *NEW* Stone Fox Salon &Spa in West Seattle tomorrow! Specializing in short haircuts, skinfades, and barbering but also in gender affirming haircuts and shags/mullets/wolf cuts. I’ve spent all this time learning and perfecting my trade in hair cutting and now I’ve finally made the decision to expand my craft into color. With the help of some of my closest friends who are some of the best in the industry, I’m looking forward to learning the latest techniques to give you the hair of your dreams. It has been said I have a strong attention for detail and give a mean shampoo.. outside of work, I have a very energetic large breed dog, 3 cats, and some fish. A PNW native, q***r, rock n roller, lover of vintage, antiques, camping, and travel. Currently residing in Tacoma, but am moving my little fam back to the Seattle area to live with my partner.
