✂️ Why I Always Greet You at the Door ✂️

Some people look at me funny when I greet them with, “How can I help you today?” — like, “Isn’t it obvious I’m here for a haircut?”

But here’s why I do it…

One of my recent clients had just come from another local barbershop. He sat there for 30 minutes without anyone saying a word to him. When he finally spoke up to ask about a haircut, they told him they weren’t going to cut his hair.

He walked out frustrated, not just because of the wait — but because of the way he was treated.

Lucky for both of us, he stopped by The Barber’s Code. I was just about to close, but he came in, asked politely if I had time, and I made sure he left with a fresh cut and a smile.
