Tonight’s Total Lunar Eclipse Timing - We created this animation showing how the Moon will look using UTC time. 🌕🔴 On the night of September 7–8, a total lunar eclipse will paint the Moon a haunting red as it slips deep into Earth’s shadow. Visible across Asia, Australia, Africa, and much of Europe, this blood moon will last an impressive 82 minutes of totality. Depending on your location, you’ll see the Moon gradually darken, rise already eclipsed, or glow a deep copper-red at its peak—all safely viewable with the naked eye.
