Get you a girl gang. The ones who step up when you’re feeling defeated and love you on your best and worst days. A four hour gap turned into my chance in the chair. It’s been 2 years for me. My appointment didn’t show up but my girls did and did it well 🤌🏽 looking for a new stylist?! and saved my sad day. Joy comes in the morning but for now, I’ll call this one a win after all 🤍 thank you for the kind words and cheerleading near and far. I know this is just for now, not forever. Prayerful for change and affordability soon for us all struggling with small business problems 🙏🏽 embracing the hard so I’ll appreciate the good days even more.

We absolutely love what we do — creating beautiful hair and making you feel your best is truly our passion. We also want to be transparent about how important your appointments are to both our schedule and our livelihood.

When someone books a service, that time is reserved just for them. If it’s missed without notice, it means:
• We’ve set aside that slot (often turning others away), and
• We’re still responsible for the overhead costs of that time, even without the service being performed.

We understand emergencies happen — we’ve all been there — but last-minute no-shows or cancellations make it hard to recover the lost time and income. Often, we’ll work extra hours or squeeze someone in for an “emergency” slot to help, but if the appointment isn’t honored, it’s time and energy we can’t get back.

Moving forward:
• New clients will require a deposit at booking to hold your appointment.
• Our updated cancellation policy will apply to late cancellations and no-shows.
• To make scheduling smoother and avoid delays, we encourage you to book your next appointment before leaving — this helps keep things running on time and minimizes clerical work so we can focus on you during your visit.

We truly value every single one of you. This small business supports our families, and your respect for our time helps us keep providing the care and attention you deserve.
