It’s a long post read at your leisure. But I had to share with you all.

Well that was fun but short and you definitely can’t do all of NY in one day. Unless you’re 22 again. Even then, I still don’t think you can do it all. But I loved being able to get to about anywhere without a car.

My overall take, I was rather impressed I went in with low expectations and a eww city life mind but also get sucked into negativity too easily but I had a really good time. Can’t wait to come back and spend more time in NY.

The little hiccup with Macklemore opening for Ed Sheeran and as much as I love Ed Sheeran I truly think I would have enjoyed Iron Maiden, ok I KNOW I would have. There’s something special about being among Iron Maiden, Megadeath Fans they look tough on the exterior but they possess a unique and distinctive passion for musical storytelling.

Jersey was ok but nothing like NY but being a Florida girl it’s so cool to see why our snowbirds keep going back. I was born in the city and moved to the country side of Florida so NY reminded me of South Florida roots where there was something to do just about any hour of the day.

The weather is beautiful now in NY. I could feel fall arriving. 😍🍂 I hardly broke a sweat, but that was when we played too long in NY. We had to be in Jersey and get ready to go to our concerts in an hour 😬 we made thanks to our navigational leader Anastasia.

So I was kinda smart I kept smelling w**d every few blocks. And I was like huh I wonder if it’s recreational I of course didn’t ask someone smoking cause of course they would say yes. I actually asked an the Starbucks Reserve Barista which was such a cool place. And it is legal for recreational use. My next visit to NY 🗽 and Rockefeller center will be a whole lot more fun knowing this 😆😶‍🌫️🤩 My favorite spot was Bryant square where there was so much going on but to see folks out and about enjoying the city life outdoors in lovely weather.

On a serious note I’m back and looking forward to hearing all of your fun trips you all took this summer or even coming up. I have to sit myself down and get to business because we are about to Grow again and looking to be able to partner with a D.O. or M.D. very soon 🙏 so we can extend our healing beyond our Veterans. Sorry for the repeat images trying to delete but I don’t know how 🤷‍♀️

Oh I almost forgot some fun from our day. I found the naked cowboy

We’ve been wondering around aimlessly we’ll sorta my daughter had a few spots she wanted to see. Didn’t make it to the top of the Empire State Building but still night try. Can’t believe how expensive some things are though $5 for water. Might as well drink coffee. Tomorrow is another day. 😁🎉

Good morning 🌞 and Happy Friday. The next few weeks appointments will be limited due to some diagnostic procedures and having a shoulder injection.

Partial rotator cuff and labrum fraying. No need for surgery at the moment. I’m having a Plasma injection and resting the shoulder for a couple weeks. I’m allowed to go back to light work then I explained what I did as a profession

Massage services will be on hold until August 8th. May be earlier but I’m allowing time to rest relax and rehab so that I can extend my healing to others without further injuring myself in the process. 🤕

Well I always say god grants me with these ailments so I can be more empathic towards others seeking pain relief.

Acupuncture is still available during this time period on both Monday and Thursdays

We will still be available by phone and through our Vagaro site for your online booking needs

As many travel and celebrate the three day weekend please take a moment whether in prayer or just silence for the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice and gave their life for the freedom we celebrate each day in the USA 🇺🇸. I visited my father and mothers site at Baypines this weekend it was beautiful and a solemn reminder that we as a family fought the battle too. Post Vietnam my father suffered from PTSD early in my childhood but with mental health available to him he was able to conquer the mental pain of his past. Thank you to all our brave men and women that have served our great nation and esp those gone way to soon🎖️🪖🇺🇸🫡🌹❤️🤍💙

Super happy about a bunch of stuff today! Shoulder's on the mend, which is awesome. Went to the orthopedic doc just in case, and it's all good, just lots of inflammation - code for get a massage, stat! I'm seriously overdue. Had an adjustment today. OMG, forgot how great they make me feel. Dr. Taylor is a such a great chiropractor.
So, I'm back in action, but taking it easy this weekend to spend quality time with my daughter for Mother's Day and getting some vitamin sea 🌊 and sunshine.

Truly thankful for your understanding while I recover. But I told ya I wouldn’t be down for long. See you all next week!
