Well hi to all the new faces around here! 👋🏻😂

I woke up this morning and realized there are quite a few more of you hanging out in my little corner of the internet, so first — thank you, and welcome! ❤️

If you’re new here, I’m Amber, the massage therapist behind Intentional Healing Therapeutic Massage here in Sebring.

My work is a little less “fluffy spa day” and a lot more “okay, what is your body complaining about and how can we help it?” 😂

Around here you’ll find body education, behind-the-scenes of my practice, probably a little sass, and plenty of reminders that taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be complicated.

And to those of you who’ve been here for a while — thank you for continuing to share my name, recommend me, tag me, and support this little business of mine.

I’m really glad you’re all here. 🫶🏻

So grateful for a long weekend — it was much needed! 🤎

Lots of rest, my first big outing with the littles, and a solid day to reset before getting back to the table tomorrow.

I still have a few openings available this week, so if you spent your long weekend running around, traveling, chasing kids, tackling projects — or you’re simply realizing you could use a little TLC yourself — come get on my table.

Give your body some breathing room, too. 🙌🏻🤎

This has pretty much been my view today. 😂📖

I’ve spent the day getting the Recovery Roadmap out into the wild — a little bit of introducing myself, a whole lot of driving around Highlands County, some Mom things squeezed in between, and a LOT of learning along the way.

Putting something you created into someone else’s hands and saying, “Hey, I made this. I think it could help your patients or clients,” is a very different kind of vulnerable.

But today reminded me that not every introduction has to turn into an immediate “yes” to be worthwhile.

Sometimes you leave a book.
Sometimes you leave a business card.
Sometimes you get an email address.
Sometimes you simply introduce yourself and make a connection.

And then you keep going. 🤎

The Recovery Roadmap is officially making its way out into the community — one little stop at a time. 🙌🏻📖

One massage can feel amazing.

But if we’re working on something your body has been compensating around for months — or years — one session usually isn’t where the story ends.

Consistency gives us the opportunity to work, reassess, see how your body responds, and adjust instead of starting over every time things get loud again.

That’s exactly why I offer session packages. 🤎

They’re for the person who already knows:

“I need to start taking care of this regularly.”

Not necessarily forever. Not another subscription you have to remember. Just a commitment to giving your body some consistent attention for a while.

And if 90 minutes is your sweet spot, my High-Five + One package lets you purchase five 90-minute sessions and receive your sixth session on me. 🙌🏻

Your body has been carrying you around this whole time.

You’re allowed to put taking care of it on the calendar, too. 🤎

They’re officially here. 🥹📖❤️

I now have physical copies of the Recovery Roadmap: A 12-Week Recovery Journal available right here in my office!

I created this journal because so much of recovery happens between appointments.

How did you sleep?
How much water did you drink?
Did you actually do the stretches you were given? 👀😂
What made your pain better? What made it worse?
Is something changing week to week that you might not notice day to day?

The Recovery Roadmap gives you one place to track those patterns over 12 weeks — whether you’re working through pain, recovering from an injury or procedure, or simply trying to understand your body a little better.

And seeing an actual stack of something I wrote sitting in my office is still a little surreal. 🥹

Copies are available in-office for $19.99. 📖

And soon… I’m hoping you’ll start seeing them out in the wild, too. 👀❤️

Need a quick tune-up or a full-body reset? I’ve got room for both this week. 💜

I’ve listed the session lengths that will fit each remaining opening, so it’s a little easier to find what works for you.

Whether you need 30 minutes focused on one stubborn area or two hours to really slow down and address the whole body, there’s still a little room this week.

Book online or message me if you’re not sure which session length makes the most sense for what you’ve got going on.

I LOVE my clients. 😂❤️

From conspiracy theories to economics lessons, construction knowledge and government lessons, literal war stories, church, family, and just general life stories…

Y’all make my table one of the most interesting places to be.

I never know what I’m going to learn about during a session. 😂

Some days we talk the entire time. Some days we barely say a word. Both are welcome here.

But I genuinely love getting to know the people who trust me enough to get on my table — and I’m incredibly grateful for the stories, knowledge, laughter, and little pieces of your lives you share with me. ❤️

Something I’ve learned in my first year of owning a small business:

A recommendation means more than you probably realize. 🤎

When you tag my name under someone’s post looking for a massage therapist…

When you tell a coworker, “You need to go see her.”

When you leave a review explaining what your experience was actually like…

Those things carry so much more weight than anything I could ever say about myself.

I can tell people that I care about understanding why something hurts. I can explain my approach. I can make all the posts in the world.

But when someone who has actually been on my table says, “Go see Amber” — people listen.

So if you’ve ever recommended Intentional Healing, shared one of my posts, left a review, handed someone my number, or simply told a friend about me:

Thank you. Seriously.

You’re helping a little local business become a little less little. 🤎

A little unexpected breathing room opened up in my schedule today. 🤎

I have a 2-hour session on the books this morning, and then my table is open for the afternoon.

If your body has been giving you the “we really need to deal with this” warning lately, I have room for one 90-minute session today.

90 minutes gives us enough time to slow down, assess what’s actually going on, and work through more than just the loudest problem area.

If you’ve been putting it off, today’s a good day to stop arguing with your body. 😂

One 90-minute opening available today.
Book online or message me.

Your body usually whispers before it starts yelling.

That tightness you keep stretching.
The shoulder that always creeps toward your ear.
The headache that shows up after a long day.
The hip that only bothers you after sitting for a while.

Those little patterns aren’t always something you need to panic about — but they are information.

Your body is constantly adapting to how you sit, work, drive, sleep, move and handle stress.

Sometimes the goal isn’t to “fix” the place that hurts.

It’s figuring out why that area keeps having to work so hard in the first place.

Pay attention to the whispers. They’re usually easier to work with than the yelling. 🤎
