Picture this: fire dancers lighting up the dark, a roving brass band, tarot readers, actors bringing the Headless Horseman legend to life, and a pop-up market full of curious handmade goods (including our little luxuries 🧼✨). Roast marshmallows by the braziers, grab a bite and a drink, and soak in the most legendary Halloween atmosphere in the Hudson Valley.

YOU GUYS! This is a big deal. The first new shower steamer scent in 4 years!!! 🤯 Meet: Grounded.

It came about quite by accident. I was making shower steamers right next to tray of curing soaps that have a pretty distinctive woodsy scent. The mintiness from the steamers kept blending with the deep cedar wood base note from the soap, and every time I walked in the room I was like “omg that smells amazing!”

So I blended some cedarwood essential oil with a little clove for a hit of warm spice, mixed it in to my shower steamer recipe, and voilà! Grounded Shower Steamer was born.

It’s warm and woodsy and deeply rooted in earthiness. Cedarwood helps to ease anxiety and promote a sense of calm, while clove boosts mental clarity and lifts mood. So when you want to relieve stress but not be sleepy (looking at you, lavender), Grounded is where it’s at.
