Taking a brief break from normal lash content to shout out a local business!
My daughter, Emma, competed in her first Strongman competition yesterday which required extensive prep and training. American Grit Fitness is not just a gym, folks! It is an entire community. A family! The members poured into my girlie and cheered her on!
We are so blessed for the amazing people who have been placed in our path!
