🌲Good afternoon from beautiful Sedona -
I (Kali) was up in Oak Creek Canyon yesterday, wild harvesting mullein, plantain, goldenrod, and yarrow (more on those coming soon), and couldn’t stop thinking about how amazing the forest is. The deeper you go, the more the world recedes and a whole-body peace takes over. I didn’t want to leave.

In Japan, they have a name for this feeling: shinrin-yoku. “Forest bathing”. From my research, Shinrin-yoku (森林浴), or "forest bathing," is the Japanese practice of slow, mindful immersion in a natural woodland atmosphere; a sensory meditation focused on absorbing the forest through sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste.

I decided to create a version of Forst Medicine that I could share with you guys. The scent profile is chosen via aromacology, the psychology of scent, and is designed to invoke the feeling of forest bathing wherever you are.

Infused with pine, balsam fir, cedar, devil’s claw, white willow bark, vetiver, and bergamot, this is a luxurious whipped shea body butter that keeps the feeling of the forest in your senses all day. It’s rich in naturally occuring vitamin C (pine needles and bergamot), anti-inflammatory compounds like salicylic acid (white willow and devil’s claw bark), and stress-lowering terpenes (balsam fir, cedarwood, vetiver) and delivers long-lasting hydration to the skin. ✨A little bit goes a long way, so this 4 oz jar will last you for months.

🥳Use the discount code WW10 for 10% off your order of Wild Woods, and remember free shipping kicks in on orders over $99.

🌲I know you will enjoy this immersion into the forest as much as I did!🌲
