Every practice is invitational and an opportunity to practice listening to what feels good and honoring your sacred yes and no.

In this space, touch becomes a sacred form of prayer—an offering of loving presence to ourselves, to each other, and to our worthiness to receive.

Together, we’ll return to the simple, innocent beauty of offering loving presence to ourselves and to the people with whom we share this earth with.
