Welcome. I'm sure many of you are wondering what FST is. FST(facial stretch therapy) is a form of bodywork that helps to regain and restore range of motion and posture. This type of bodywork helps everyone, from the extremely flexible to the people who are like rocks. Rolled shoulders and uneven hips are all treatable with FST.
