One of my deepest passions is to offer the wisdom that body is revealing to each of us and how to embody that as deep as we can in this short precious life we find our self in and make the most of it!

This class will be a sharing and communal container to unwind, unlock and reveal the message, connection and healing wisdom of the body in a safe space.

A few subjects that will be explored;

- how to feel at ease and safe in our body while fully feeling, connecting and healing within our experience.

- how to feel a sense of sovereignty and to our center of self from the various engagements and energies in life.

- how to connect intimately to another while being in deep connection with ourself.

- and anything that the moment wants to share….

One of my favorite ways to embrace deep moments and movements in life is to stay open and curious. To let the mind and heart always be ready to learn beyond what it thought “things were” or how “reality works”.

Over and over with this invitation as I share my work and learn more I found profound amounts of happiness and intimacy with life that was not possible before.

Another interesting finding is that approaching life in this way I was able to let others feel deeply safe by allowing their voice and experience, which in turn made me available to learn through them. The gift, both ways.

What would it BE like to embrace life with all the wisdom you have gained and STILL remain open to each person and moment?

How would your body feel? Your heart? How about the other with the space your allowing?

Everyday is listening and unfolding from where you are aligning yourself. Where is the arrow of your heart pointed? Is your mental and emotional body chaotic or have you become friends… finally? Is every cell of your body vibrating with your deep knowing… Pointed to your becoming with the dreams you keep deep inside and started to believe in? Have you talked with them lately… your deepest dreams?

This time, this script your living and finding yourself in is a sacred journey that only you have the keys to unfold and find the real gold in.

Your Heart knows… and I’m celebrating and believing in THAT radical most beautiful and alive part of you 🔥🙏🏻❤️

May we make today a possibility not fathomed yet and surprise ourself that we are more than we thought…

My next movement class that I will be offering monthly at the beautiful Sedonya retreat center in Sedona AZ 🔥

We will be exploring and discovering the vast innate intelligence that is already present in our body in a safe and judgment-free container.

This has been a deep practice of mine for years; drawing on personal experience and wisdom traditions that have mapped the deep beauty and wisdom of the body for thousands of years.

This class will be an exploration on anxiety and the energetic wisdom of embracing it in our daily life from our body’s deep knowing.

This has been a deep lesson in my life and for many of my clients that I have learned deeply from. Looking forward to sharing in a safe group container to learn from each other and share powerful tools to use and shift our understanding of who we are and what we are capable of!
