It is truly important for healers to make time to do their practice, so they are energetically, physically and emotionally able to hold space for their clients. Tonight I reconnected with my friend Tim White. He owns Integrative Bodywork Clinic in Westport MA. Tim is not only an amazing massage therapist, but now he is an awesome yoga teacher. I highly recommend you go to his Thursday 6pm beginner vinyasa class.
