So grateful for today! Another amazing Reiki Training! The energy of all the students was amazing! I continue to be grateful to be able to teach my reiki trainings in the same shala that I was attuned to be a reiki master teacher.

It is extremely important to make time for fun and to spend time with the people that are important to you in your life. Matt and I had an amazing time at the candlelight concerts in Providence, RI listening to a string quartet playing Michael Jackson music. This tribute to Michael Jackson was really felt in the heart space. I am encouraging all of you to put something fun on your calendar and spend time with the people that mean the most to you. Sending Katrina of Matriarch Holistic Kare so much love and gratitude for the space she held for a group of amazing women to do their deep inner soul work guided by the change of seasons.
