Cassie McEnery is a Certified
Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Advanced Practice Registered
Nurse (APRN) with a passion for combining advanced clinical expertise with the art of aesthetic medicine.
She specializes in Botox treatments designed to enhance natural beauty with refreshed, balanced, and natural-looking results.
Before pursuing anesthesia, Cassie spent many years caring for patients as an ICU and oncology nurse, where she developed a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care and clinical excellence. In 2019, she graduated from St. Joseph's School of Nurse Anesthesia in partnership with Rhode Island College, earning her advanced practice credentials as a CRNA.

Cassie's background in anesthesia has provided her with extensive knowledge of facial anatomy, precision, and patient safety. She believes every treatment should be personalized—never one-size-fits-all
-and takes the time to understand each patient's goals while creating a customized treatment plan tailored to their unique features.
In addition to cosmetic Botox, Cassie also provides therapeutic Botox treatments to help patients manage conditions such as chronic migraines, TMJ-related jaw pain, teeth grinding, and excessive sweating. Her mission is to help patients look and feel their best by delivering safe, evidence-based care in a welcoming, supportive environment where confidence, comfort, and well-being always come first.
