Back to school is near guys! I am getting everyone scheduled that wants their hair done before school starts and those end of summer refreshes before fall begins. Let me know if you’d like to get on my schedule. Remember I go to you.

Who’s been wanting their hair done? I have great news for you! Remember these are house calls, I come to you!

With summer coming and school ending I am opening up some days for hair appointments. I’m thinking about doing one day a week. I am opening up my books every Tuesday during the summer. I can do as early as 7:00am and I’ll take my last color appointment at 5:00pm.

I do have to mention because it was brought up last time I did hair was why are my prices higher then they were? We all know the price in product has gone up and since I am making it more convenient for my clients by coming to you I do charge a travel fee of $20. I can promise you that you will get the same great quality and service as you got in the salon. I bring everything to you no need for you to have to supply anything but a kitchen chairand sink. My hair cuts are $45, all over color starts at $100, full foil starts out at $150, partial foil starts out at $120, if you want to add a color it’s $25, toner is $25, balayages start out at $160. As many of you know I am a very experienced stylist and I am knowledgeable about techniques and give great results I am charging for what I think I am worth with also being affordable because I want every woman to feel beautiful without braking the bank.

Update! All spots are currently filled! I can’t believe how fast those 10 spots filled up. Hold tight for my April weekend to be announced in the next couple days.

I will be doing hair one weekend a month through June and then I’ll open it a bit more through the summer. I will be traveling to you. Go ahead and let me know what day and time you’d like in March and I’ll get you scheduled. Once that day and time is filled I will cross it out and post in the comments what availability is left. I’ll post the April and May dates in the next couple of days. I can’t wait to catch up with everyone! I’ve missed you.

💜💜SalonLUX is officially closed and on to a new career adventure. It’s been a great few years serving Selah/Yakima and making everyone feel more beautiful one by one but it’s time for a new career change. I’ve been doing hair for 15 years. Please, let’s stay in touch. 💜💜 I have been dreading writing this post I have tried writing it many times and erasing it and starting over. Some of you may know this already, I was of course the one that wanted to let everyone know on my own time that I will be unfortunately closing the salon, this decision wasn’t made lightly, I still am battling with myself but I know that this is the right decision for my family at the moment. Things have changed, passions have changed and life must go on. I have LOVED every minute serving each person that has come into my salon. The salon is still thriving and growing but at this time it is the right time to go a different route. I won’t go into detail on social media because I don’t think that’s the place to talk about other businesses and people. Unfortunately, August 22nd will be my last day in the salon, Deanna’s last day in the salon will be the 26th. Right now everything is up in the air, but I do know for certain I will be doing house calls for the time being, meaning I will come to you where you feel most comfortable. If you are on my schedule after the 22nd you are more then welcome to still stay on my schedule it will just be a bit different rather you coming to me I will come to you. If this new change of plans doesn’t work for any of you please don’t hesitate to reach out to me for recommendations on where to find a new stylist, I have a couple amazing ladies that will take you in with open arms and give you the same great quality and service. I want to thank all of my amazing clients and friends for the love and support the last few days, I appreciate you all. Here’s to new beginnings. I have met a lot of amazing people in my time with the salon and I have enjoyed all of your friendships and relationships that I have built please know that those relationships will remain the same. Let me know if you would still like to be part of this new change and continue to stay on my schedule. 💜 💜

‼️💜Hey guys, I just want to clear up some confusion and mentions about the salon and Jade Rose. Jade Rose and Salon LUX are separate businesses. Yes, confusing since we are in the same area. We both have different hours. Unfortunately, We have one main door for both businesses and we need to keep the main door open for all our clients/customers. When the salon isn’t open the door is still open to enter Jade Rose. If you are wanting to make an appointment when the salon isn’t open please text/call 509-439-3115. We do take walk ins/call ins but for the majority of our time we are by appointment only. So if you do not see anyone in the salon please, help your self to our business cards on the desk and give us a call. Future rectifying this issue is in the making. Thank you all so much for the continued support of my small business. 💜‼️
