If you know me from my West End days, you'll remember this special lady. I met her when I was 18 years old. I was her shampoo assistant. Over the next 14 years we worked together and became close friends. She was the "older" Barb and I was the "younger"Barb. I would tease her about that! We learned from eachother. She had the experience and I had new ways. Good times, special memories of a special lady. ❤️

Passed our annual State Board inspection today. Always a surprise visit conducted by the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs. Inspections ensure the business meets the health, safety, and licensing rules set by the PA State Board of Cosmetology.
