Hugs and Hopes, we are coming home March 19th to rock our Historic Hometown, Selma AL in the 27 FIT For LIFE Zumba Masterclass.

This weekend, we are celebrating 51st Bridge Crossing Jubliee! Our Parents were Original Footsoldiers in the Teachers, Bloody Sunday, and First leg of Selma to Montgomery Marches in 1965. They fought for change and inspired many others.

My sister and I, hope we can use our inspiration (Our Parents) for making change to motivate and transform lives through Dance fitness and Healthy choices.

Congratulations to all the Footsoldiers for receiving the Congressional Medal of Honor!

We are Sisters dedicated to inspiring, motivating, educating, and transforming lives through Dance Fitness and Healthy Lifestyle choices.

Join us as we continue the journey to better ourselves and inspire others to make informed dietary choices and incorporate cardio calorie burning fitness as part of a daily routine.
