I'm here to share the preventative/restorative properties that massage therapy can have. MA59960

While working as a personal trainer I found myself training a client who was a Licensed Massage Therapist. I injured my back training and reached out to my client to see if massage would help relieve the acute pain I was experiencing. After that one session the pain in my back was alleviated, which made me want to learn more about the history of massage. I want to show people the preventative and restorative properties that massage can have, when incorporated with your health maintenance plan.
