What happens during your first massage appointment?

1. You arrive & settle in
Take a moment to get comfortable. There’s no rush.

2. We talk before the massage
We’ll talk about how you’re feeling, what brought you in, and anything you’d like me to know.

3. Your comfort & privacy come first
I’ll explain what to expect and give you privacy to get ready. During the massage, you’ll always be properly draped, and you can let me know if you’d like anything adjusted.

4. After the massage
I hope you enjoyed your time and feel relaxed.

Your first massage doesn’t have to feel intimidating.
You can simply arrive, take a breath, and let yourself be taken care of.
