STARTED FEELING AWFUL
I gave up and lost control
It showed in places I was not happy about -
SO I adjusted my mind set
slightly changed my food
and In just 5 days am down 6 lbs and CAN'T WAIT to see what else I can do - BRING IT ON!!
Do it now - tomorrow is not promised and my family needs me.

started for me yesterday. Have y’all heard of the challenge? It’s 75 days of following 5 principals.
-2, 45 min workouts a day. 1 has to be outside no matter what the weather is. I’m doing 9 week Control Freak (adding in a 10 min bonus & power walking or swimming for outdoor activity.)
-Drink a gallon of water a day.
-Follow a nutrition plan (following & eating in plan B) no cheat days. But the beauty of portion fix is almost 500 recipes that allow you to eat what you enjoy & stay on plan.
-No alcohol, this one isn’t hard for me cause I don’t drink much at all. So instead I’m doing no dessert cause I definitely have a sweet tooth that I’ve been giving into more.
-Read 10 pages for personal development a day.
-Take progress pics each day.
I’m giving myself a few bonus principals. Making sure I get 8 hours of sleep each night & focusing on being more positive.
Yes I will take rest days on the days they are schedule for Control Freak, it’s not designed to push your body that hard for 75 days in a row without rest days. On my rest days I’ll still get in my 45 min walk or swim and I’ll add in yoga, Pilates or Country Heat.
Im doing it for fun, I love a good challenge. In fact I felt my absolute best when I was a competitor and while this isn’t as intense, it’s pretty close. As a competitor I trained 2-3 hours a day, my eating was VERY regimented, I drank a gallon of water a day & had no alcohol or dessert....for 6 months at a time. So I think I’ve got 75 days. But here we go, today is actually day 2 for me. Feel free to join me, I know .fauver is doing it as well. Drop a 🙌 in the comments if you’re in to go 75 days hard & strong with us.
