This is so true !

Ok I have been needing to do this post for a while now . But we approached it in other ways that still aren’t working . This is strictly from a business stand point . I have been a cosmetologist for 30 years now . And last minute cancellations and no shows are worse this year then they have ever been . Like when covid was so bad it still was not this bad . Ok so I can not replace your appointment last minute . There for when this happens I’m just out that time slot . And colors I book a hour up to 3 hours . That is my paycheck . I do not get paid by the hour or paid just for showing up and I still have overhead to pay no matter what . I even text all my appointments the day before to remind them of there appointments which alot of stylist do not do . So as of today I will be charging a cancellation or a no show fee when this happens . It will depend on the service you had booked. emergency’s are a different story . But when it’s the same people almost everytime they have a appointment. That’s what I’m talking about . All I’m asking is for everyone to please respect my time . I appreciate each and everyone of you . Thanks In advance, DeeDee Hamilton
