Perspective & gratitude.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 “rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is Gods will for you in Christ Jesus”.
I was chatting with a client not too long ago about how the word “gratitude” just rolls off the tongue and scratches the brain so well. The word just FEELS GOOD to say. I encourage everyone to start a gratitude practice everyday. I literally gave thanks for my toothbrush this morning. Sounds silly, but noticing little blessings gives you such a rush of joy. Do I enjoy doing laundry after a long day at work, not necessarily. However, that laundry came with beautiful conversation. That sheet and towel created an empowering space that could’ve changed someone’s entire week for the better. So am I giddy to do laundry? No. Am I honored to do the laundry? Absolutely.

With Thanksgiving approaching and our hearts opening up with gratitude, I can’t help but tear up at what this business has become.
To say I get to work my dream job is an understatement. I am incredibly privileged, honored, and PROUD to hold this space for my clients (besties). Without YOU this would not happen. This job heals me in ways that I never thought would. The laughter, excitement, tears, and ultimately finding Jesus within my work, it’s been a roller coaster. But it’s been the most beautiful one ever. Being surrounded by the most beautiful women who inspire me daily is something I will never take for granted. A lifetime of this? I’ll take it with a humble heart.
If you have a dream, chase it. It’s scary, but the other side is always worth it. 💙🦋
