Most people dread Mondays, but not this girl!
Monday is my day to pour into the people who have entrusted me to care for their skin. The day I get to be something other than just mom. I get to remember that I am valued outside of homeschooling, dishes, laundry, etc. I love all of the hats that I wear, but something about nurturing these people who have CHOSEN me to do so just hits different.

It's nothing crazy, but it's a great way to start the day!
Just 10 minutes is all you need.
Put on your LED mask.
Hop on your vibration plate.
Turn them both on at the same time.
Pick up some light weights and do as many reps as you can in those 10 minutes.
You've just improved your lymphatic drainage and circulation, boosted the energy in your skin cells signaling them to produce collagen, and lubricated your joints. Do this daily in addition to your normal workout to help you age gracefully and feel good doing so!
