5 little details that matter to me as a small business owner:

1. Learning every guest's name even if they aren't sitting in my chair. EVERYONE who walks through our doors should feel like they belong and how valued they are.

2. Noticing when someone is unusually quiet. Sometimes people need amazing hair and sometimes they need a safe place.

3. Making sure the salon smells good! First impressions start before the first "Hi!"

4. Watching how my team interacts with each other when no one's looking. A healthy culture is built in the moments guests never see. These moments make my heart so full!

5. Reading every review, every message, and every piece of feedback. The compliments keep us going and the criticism helps us grow!

We've survived trends, recessions, expansions, approximately 9 million "I have an idea..." texts from me, and somehow we still like each other.

Ang, you are the logic to my delulu. I love that we've made it almost 2 decades of growing up, glowing up and building this thing side by side.

We do not gatekeep.

If you know what to book without question, go ahead and schedule. If you're worried, go ahead and make your appointment and then go ahead and fill out a digital consultation.

If your stylist wants/needs to edit the length of your appointment or the type of service, they will do so and you will be notified via text and/or email.

There is no shaming here. Our job is to ensure your pre, during, and post visit are seamless and enjoyable.
