Late Cancellations & No Shows

Brittney Jean Beauty has a STRICT 24-hour cancellation policy in place for all clients. When you cancel last minute, or do not show up at all for a scheduled appointment it creates an unused appointment slot that could have been filled by another client. It is very important that you call AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE to cancel your appointment. In the event of a LATE Cancellation or No Show, an invoice for a $25 missed appointment fee will be emailed to you. You will need to fulfill that invoice before another appointment can be booked. **If we are able to replace the appointment with a client on our wait list we are happy to waive the fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment (5 minutes for waxing appointments) it will be CANCELLED and an invoice for a $25 missed appointment fee will be emailed to you. You will need to fulfill that invoice before another appointment can be booked.
