Uplift With Melissa

Hello beautiful people! I am Melissa and am a certified Yoga Instructor. Let's flow together!
Some bullying took place on a shared picture of us ladies the other night. Bullying will not be tolerated. I do recommend anyone who feels bullying is a way to be, to start practicing yoga. It will force you to reflect. My space is open. Come give it a try

As a yoga Instructor, the only thing I hate about working out in a gym, is having to where shoes...
I really hate wearing shoes lol

These ladies rocked it. Veira and Amanda joined for the first time! I love having new faces and them leaving with a smile.
Enjoy the fest! Eat all the things, do all the things, and I will see you next week!
Oktoberfest is right around the corner!! Come flow with me tomorrow night at 715pm before all the activities start! Whose joining me?!

I have really enjoyed teaching here the last 3 weeks. Ive loved meeting and flowing with all of you! When one of the ladies tells you her chiropractor saw less inflammation in her hip, in just 3 classes!!! Yoga benefits so much!
I hope to see your faces again soon! Thank you Jackson County Library for having me 🖤
