I’ve been doing a deep dive into hormones recently, and I have been genuinely surprised by just how much they affect throughout our bodies.

I recently watched a live Q&A with Dr. Louise Newson, and it was incredibly eye-opening. The more I learn, the more I realize how little many of us were ever taught about our own hormones and how careful we need to be when approaching this topic.
