Part 3 -

Finding balance in life, making sure there is margin, and listening to your body are keys to living a life that thrives and not just survives.

When we think about what the cost is to living a life that races from one moment to the next without taking time to catch our breath, burning our energy at both ends of the day, and running ourselves down until we’re emotionally, mentally, and spiritually drained…

Is it worth it?

If we really think this through, the answer is no. The costs are much larger in the long run than we see now - our health, our relationships, our family, and our joy in life.

Find balance in your life today. Make time for margin. Listen to your body.

If we keep ignoring these simple practices and racing on at the pace society tells us we have to in order to keep up, we’ll find ourselves among the growing group of sickly people with broken health, wishing we’d made wiser choices along the way.

Part 2 -

Honest talk about my limits, survival mode, and why it’s not healthy to stay in that place long term.

Part 1 -

Honest talk about my limits as a business owner, mom, and homesteader trying to do all the things and keep all the balls going in the air.

Stay tuned for part 2 to find out what happens and why we need margin and balance in our life.
