We’re growing our Front Desk team at Andrews Atelier! ✨

We’re looking for someone who is warm, reliable, organized, and genuinely enjoys working with people. Our front desk is such an important part of the Atelier — you’re often the first face our guests see, the person helping keep the day organized, and a huge part of creating the experience we want every guest to have.

This role includes welcoming and checking out guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting with retail, keeping the front desk organized, and working closely with our stylists and leadership team to help the salon run smoothly.

We’d love someone who is a great communicator, can multitask in a busy environment, takes initiative, and truly enjoys being part of a team. Salon or customer service experience is a plus, but finding the right personality and work ethic is most important to us. 🤍

The “Inner Layer” technique is designed for those who want the movement and softness of layers without losing their length.

⭐️Ideal model ⭐️

• Bust-length hair or slightly longer
• Medium density
• Natural texture between 2A–3A (ranging from loose waves to soft, defined curls)
• No extensions
• No bangs
• No excessive layers or s**g cuts
• Willing to remove approximately 2 inches of length
