Almost a YEAR. šØāØ
Almost a year ago, I decided to really take my gut health seriouslyāand looking back, Iām so thankful I did.
Iāve actually been using Plexus for FIVE years now. Through two pregnancies. Through unimaginable loss. Through stressful seasons at work. Through motherhood, career changes, and all the moments when taking care of myself was the easiest thing to put last.
But this? This is one thing Iāve continued to do for ME. š
It hasnāt been about perfection. Itās been about consistency, learning to prioritize myself, and realizing that taking care of me matters too.

October 2021 I was tired of feeling tired. I was pregnant and I knew I didnāt want to be THIS tired when he was born. So I took a chance on a friend who told me about a pink drink and since then itās changed my life. Best part, my 5 year old and husband have joined me!

Day 1 or 1 Day?
Yāall, this year has been challenging. Still, instead of letting it consume me, Iāve been working on making myself better not only for my mini me and hubs but primarily for me ā„ļø Iāve cut out what was something I couldnāt live without . Iām mostly drinking water and other unique products to help with my health journey.
Now for the next three days, Iāll be doing a where I have specific items that will help even more to get my health where it needs to be.
These products are a part of my family's daily lives now, and I couldnāt be more thankful.
