To address the most recent findings of UV nail lamps, which include LED lamps as well. I will have these gloves to offer my clients. I also looked up if it could expose the nail plate, but according to research the nail bed does not absorb UV rays and if any, it’s only 2.5%. Also you can use sunscreen SPF 50 prior to your appointment or if you choose to put it on as soon as you get to my shop I will provide sunscreen also. Please note that all of the studies were done are on cheap LED lights and were all still very inconclusive. But who said taking precaution when available is a bad thing.
