Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we have decided to implement a cancellation policy.

This policy is enforced at the barber’s discretion. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and we will always do our best to be fair and understanding.

Missed appointments and late cancellations prevent us from offering those time slots to other clients who are waiting for an appointment. Our goal is to provide the best service possible while making the most of our schedule.

Thank you for your understanding, your support, and for respecting our time. We appreciate your business.
