🚨What’s been going on at HAIR + MAKEUP ARTISTRY SALON inside of Sharpsburg Beauty Collaborative 🚨

UPGRADING. I’ve been getting tired of the old and want new. That means something is coming. A new tanning booth is here! A new lash recliner, a new perk at the shampoo bowl, we are elevating the experience here! This also means a small renovation and move around. Things will finally feel right in the space and I can’t wait.

PRICE INCREASE COMING. I’ve been doing more training. Upgrading my equipment. Upgrading how the business is ran. I’ve been at the same pricing since 2023 and my financial situation has definitely changed since then. I’ve gone up $10-40 depending on the service. All prices will be changed at midnight on August 31st. The increase will start September 1st. All clients booked already will have the last of my old pricing.

POLICIES:
* The front door will be locked at all times. A code will be sent to you all for entry. This code will remain the same, unless I deem to change it.
* Lash fill ins are now bi-weekly and tri-weekly. No-weekly fill ins are an hour and half, Tri-weekly fill ins are 2 hours.
* After 3 weeks you will be charged a full set.
* My schedule is booking up. Be sure to rebook up to 2 appointments so you can secure your preferred time and date.
* Scheduling this school year is wild, I will no longer be available after 2:00 pm on the days I have to get my daughter. I am prioritizing her time with me. My baby is struggling with school and life. She needs her mama right now. 🩷
* Sundays and Mondays are my off days. If you need an emergency service a $75 fee will be added for after hours appointments. Open hours are Tuesday 9-6,Wednesday 9-1,Thursday, Fridays 9-6, Saturday 7am-1pm [unless I have my kiddo, some days I will be closed at 2pm or closed]
* Bringing a friend/child-you are permitted one person. They must stay with you during your appointment.
* Texts/calls all are to be made to 679-876-5662. Please do not message me on facebook, instagram or TikTok. I’m not able to get to those as quickly and miss them very often. The salon phone will go home with me but I will not be answering before 8:30am and after 7:00pm.
* Lash clients- please make sure you are arriving with a clean face. I can no longer work with dirty skin or lashes. When you arrive, ask myself or Frances for a lash brush, a face cleanser and lash shampoo will be in the restroom for you to use. Please return used brushes to the front desk. It’s important to have clean lashes during your appointment, it creates better retention and protection against eye infections/lash lice.
* No-shows or last minute cancellations. If you no show, you’ll be charged 75% of your service(s). If you cancel your appointment less than and 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your service(s). I want to be able to fill that spot with my waitlist.
* Waitlist- My booking system sends you an auto text letting you know a time has come available. This may benefit you if a time becomes available.
