I wanted to share some exciting news about what I've been up to lately. I am currently immersed in a three-year professional educational program in Somatic Education with the Novato Institute, following the tradition of Thomas Hanna.

As part of my training, I will soon be offering workshops and one-on-one sessions in Somatic Education. Certified HSE practitioner Chris Ruane will be teaching a complimentary 60-minute cat stretch session, providing a glimpse into what Somatic Education entails.
