Hairapy in the Chair’s cancelation policy is officially put in place and here’s what you need to know 🙌🏼
As of right now you will need to book your future appointments with a card to hold your spot.
I will not charge your card unless you cancel or no-show your appointment.
If you cancel within 24 hours it will result in a 50% fee of the service you booked.
If you don’t show up for your appointment it will result in a 100% fee of the service you booked.
Unfortunately I’ve been having a few no shows/ last minute cancelations lately and it’s unfair for me and to my other clients who are willing to show up. I am booked y’all. I have a waitlist of clients who are wanting to get in. I am hoping by putting this policy officially in place it will help all of us.
