PERSONAL LIFE UPDATE ‼️

I wanted to share some personal news with you all- I (Ashley) will be moving out of state and officially be closing this chapter of my massage practice at the end of June. If you would like to schedule before then please reach out soon.

This decision is bittersweet, as working with each of you has been such a meaningful part of my life and career. I want to sincerely thank all of my amazing clients for your trust, loyalty, and support over the years. It has truly been an honor to be part of your wellness journey, and I’m so grateful for the relationships and memories built along the way.

As I prepare for this transition, I want to make sure you’re still in great hands. I have recommendations for talented local massage therapists and would be happy to connect you with someone who fits your needs.

Thank you again for supporting my business and allowing me to do what I love every day. I’ll miss you all more than you know. This community has been so special to me, and I’ll carry that with me into this next chapter 🤍

TMJ refers specifically to the temporomandibular joint itself. Many people mistakenly use the term “TMJ” to describe pain or dysfunction in the jaw. The correct term for these symptoms is TMD (temporomandibular disorder).

TMD affects up to 25% of the general population and can present with a wide range of symptoms, including headaches, jaw pain, clicking or popping, ear discomfort, neck and shoulder tension, and difficulty swallowing.

Introducing Taylor's new 30 minute service - Jaw Relief

This specialty service is designed to relieve symptoms associated with TMD (Temporomandibular Disorder). Each session begins with a consultation and assessment to determine the most effective approach for your needs.

Treatment may include external massage therapy and/or gentle intraoral techniques. Jaw Relief may be beneficial for those experiencing headaches, jaw tension, ear pain or discomfort, and neck tension.

First-time clients:
If this is your first Jaw Relief session with Taylor Thielke, LMT, please be sure to book the 'Initial Jaw Relief' service to allow adequate time for assessment and treatment planning.
