Salon Therapy
Everyone feels better after a visit to the salon, it's a special kind of therapy! Open by appointment. Therapy for your hair and nails.
As of September 2nd Salon Therapy will be permanently closing.
It is time for the next chapter in my life. Maybe the pandemic has helped me realize I was craving a change. I cherish friendships I have built with all of you and hope that you keep in touch.
As far as "now where do I go?" Studio A will be taking over my space for all of your haircare needs, I recommend Andrea at The Red Exclusive Salon Studio for Shellac manicures and Holly at Jomaji for pedicures.
Thank you all for your love and support throughout my career!
Salon protocols beginning June 1st
If you are sick, stay home.
If you have a temperature, stay home.
If someone in your house is sick, stay home.
If you have allergies and cannot control sneezing, stay home.
In any of these cases, please reschedule your appointment to a later date.
You must wear a mask. Your mask will remain on for the entirety of your appointment. If you arrive without a mask or refuse to wear one your appointment will be canceled, and you will be asked to leave.
Do not enter the building until I notify you that I am ready. I will need extra time between each guest to thoroughly disinfect everything.
Limit the items you touch in the salon to items you select to purchase.
Wash your hands before and after you leave the salon. I will have supplies available at the hall sink, which will also be disinfected between each guest.
If handwashing is not possible, use hand sanitizer when you enter and before you leave the building.
I will exercise the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms or not following salon guidelines.
I will be encouraging contactless payments via Venmo (https://venmo.com/) and PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/us/home). Both secure services can be set up with your debit card with no fees. If you are not comfortable with using these services, I will still be accepting payment by credit or debit card. I will not be accepting cash.
Dear friends,
I have made the decision to re-open June 1st. I will have reduced hours, working only one day per week. Also I am making some changes to my list of services. I will no longer be offering hair services, eyelash extensions or acrylic nails (You will be notified if you are an exception to this change). I am referring my hair clients to Angela Wigen at The New Wave Studio, http://wavehairstudio.com/ You can view a full list of services on my website www.salontherapy1.com
I will be contacting you all individually to reschedule your appointments in the order of missed appointments due to the safer at home orders.
As you would expect with the Covid-19 pandemic I have put in place new policies. I am doing everything I can to prevent the spread of this virus, please join me by taking these policies seriously.

Dear friends,
Here is the post you all have been fearing… Salon Therapy will be closing until further notice due to guidelines to keep us all healthy amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The CDC and local health departments require a 6 foot social distancing and necessary contact to be less than 10 minutes. That pretty much rules out all of my services :( I will try to be contacting all of you via text, email or phone this weekend. I have added a video link on this post of how to properly remove your Shellac or acrylic nails if things get ugly ;).
I will miss you all in this time of isolation! Please feel free to contact me via text or FB messenger (Rebbecca Buchholz Vetting) to keep in touch!
How to Remove Shellac Polish At Home! Hello my friends!! My last video I shared with you how I apply shellac polish at home, so I thought it would best to show you how to take it off too! Last vi...
