I spent a fun hour recently talking skin health and skincare with Rayne Herzog on WBTV-LP 99.3 FM. On his 'Let It Rayne" radio show, which airs Tuesdays from 5pm - 6pm, Rayne invites health and wellness focused guest speakers to discuss topics that guide people toward living healthier and happier lives.

I had a great time hosting the Mindful Nutrition and Skincare Workshop “Nourish Your Nervous System” with Jude Healey at Access CVU this week. The synergies between nutrition and skincare are so cool and we would love to offer more workshops in the fall. What specific topics would you like to learn about?

May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month! I waited a week to post this pic, because the dermatologist ended up doing a biopsy at this appointment and now the result is in and it was in fact a Basal Cell Carcinoma. Sooo, get your skin checked, cover up, stay out of the sun when it it strongest and use SPF. If you spot something on your skin that wasn’t there, doesn’t heal, doesn’t go away, make an appointment.
