Meet Lindsey ✨

Hi, Im Lindsey! I fell In love with yoga when I was younger and it helped me through a rough time in my life. The impact it had on my life made me want to become a yoga instructor to give back to the community and help others. In addition to loving yoga, I am a health & fitness fanatic and have my certification in personal training. I'm all about the happy, healthy lifestyle and love to spread positivity and good vibes!

Meet Megan ✨

Megan will be joining the Elevate team as a Pilates & Total Body Instructor. She is Stott certified, an Exercise Physiologist, Registered Dietician, ACE, ACSM certified and holds a CMT. In addition, Megan danced professionally with the Miami City Ballet.

Megan applies her education and rehab specialist expertise so that clients at all levels can transform their body one muscle at a time. When Megan isn’t at the studio she is teaching and choreographing for Eisenhower Dance Detroit’s professional divisions.

Meet Coco ✨

Coco has taken her own journey of connecting the physical body to the soul through mindfulness and practice, and is ready to teach that! She is excited to help you find balance, strength and inner peace through the practice of yoga. She is dedicated to creating a nurturing space where you can explore your body’s potential, expand your awareness, and awaken your inner fire.

Meet Sarah ✨

Sarah will be joining the Elevate team as a Pilates & group training instructor. She is currently being certified through Breathe Education in Matwork and Reformer Pilates.

Sarah is a passionate health and wellness enthusiast who is excited to share her love for fitness with her clients. She is dedicated to empowering people to push past their barriers and challenge themselves to achieve their fitness goals. She believes in the power of community and how it can positively impact one’s fitness journey. Sarah strives to create a supportive and enriching environment for all of her clients.

Meet Emy ✨

Emy will be joining the Elevate team as a Pilates & Barre instructor! She is fully Stott Pilates certified and teaches mat classes, Reformer classes, and Reformer private/duet sessions.

Emy loves to teach her clients how to apply our Pilates basic principles not only to our workouts, but in everyday life. She understands the importance of the human body and the mental, emotional, and physical connection necessary to create a positive life!

Meet Kels ✨

Kelsey will be joining the Elevate team as a Pilates & Barre instructor! She is fully Stott Pilates certified and teaches mat classes, Reformer classes, and Reformer private/duet sessions.

In addition to being an instructor, Kels is a performer, creator, and teacher. Graduating from Wayne State University in 2018 with her BFA in Dance, she went on to dance professionally for Eisenhower Dance Detroit from 2018-2021. After retiring from touring and performing, Kelsey took on teaching and choreographing full time as well as teaching master classes throughout studios in Metro-Detroit.
