Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and we know that sometimes plans need to change. However, when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, it is very difficult for us to fill that time with another client.

We have had so many last minute cancellations lately. 22 in one week. While we hate charging a fee, our time is important and we cannot be expected to absorb the financial loss for your cancellation.

Our therapists are paid for the time they reserve for you, and an appointment that goes unused is time that our team cannot get back. As a small business, frequent last-minute cancellations also directly affect our ability to pay our staff.

For this reason, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we have time to fill the spot you held.

We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our team’s time. By giving us as much notice as possible, you give us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another guest who may be waiting to get in.
