Not every foster youth has someone to call for advice. FOFK is working to change that. 💙

Our Youth Support Program helps older foster youth as they move from foster care into independent adulthood.

Through mentorship, life skills support, educational guidance, career encouragement, and help building confidence, this program gives youth the tools they need to take their next steps.

A big part of this program is mentoring. FOFK pairs foster youth with caring adults who can offer guidance, encouragement, and steady support.

All mentors complete a background check and interview so we can make the best possible match. Monthly support meetings are also held for mentors.

Because sometimes, one caring adult can make all the difference. 💙
