This. To me, this quote highlights reasons why faith & self-care is instrumental to our daily lives. We deal with so many extrinsic factors throughout life that it becomes imperative that we build upon our faith daily. I like to pray, study scriptures that relate to what may be challenging me in that moment and even meditate to praise & worship music that speaks life to that situation. In addition, practicing gratitude and doing things that make me feel better like washing my hair or organizing a cluttered space also greatly helps with finding peace in any circumstance.

I planned on launching FancyLegacy.com at the very beginning of the year, however, things did not go as planned for a few different reasons that greatly affected how I was feeling both health wise/ physically & emotionally. So I absolutely took the time needed in order to spring forward even stronger and I know without a doubt that taking refuge in Jesus while taking better care of myself while making some tough decisions allowed room for me to come back even stronger. For that I grateful and feel so blessed as we are launching today at 3pm! (3/30/22)

A major part of caring for oneself when aiming to live a life that is healthy holistically, we must remember the integral part of caring for our well-being. The mind is very powerful and must be kept in check. For me, my faith plays the leading role in how I go about day to day life from how I perceive situations, people and things that happen for me (not to me). I believe that the way we react to, receive and understand circumstances in life could serve as a catalyst for what happens next. Therefore, our thoughts should be nurturing, concerted, and loving; not only towards ourselves, but each other. Having peace of mind is supremely golden. This helps us to make better decisions, to feel great in spirit and to take better care of our physical bodies. What are your thoughts on this day? Let it be true, just, pure, lovely and uplifting. 🙏🏽💞🤍✨

I recently enjoyed reading the latest version of the ASCP’s Fine Lines Magazine. It held valuable information about some of the facts & fallacies about products and there was even an article about the positive effects of sleep. With that said, it’s more than just rest. So think twice the next time you decide to stay up later to catch that recorded episode of (for example)...it will be there for you to enjoy later. I’m sure. 😅😍🙏🏽🤗

While on a journey with a vision of purpose: As a young woman, I once grew weary and confused...unsure of my purpose and lacking clarity. It was during these dark times that I chose not to give up while turning completely to my FAITH; in which I found great strength, clarity, and joy!

I decided to create this guide to share this with the hopes that it helps another. While it is still in the process of being completed, I decided to share with you all a little snippet of what I’ve been up to. I know it will be a to some, to others, and joy for me!
