This one is short & sweet. The main thing is, I want to remind every one of how important it is to stay hydrated in this dry weather. I promise you’ll feel a million times better just from one bottle of water a day.
Also, make sure to wear your SPF! Just because it’s cold & cloudy outside, doesn’t mean those UV rays still can’t pe*****te your skin. Keep putting on that SPF every morning & your skin will thank you for it.
