A bit windy 🌬 HIIT cardio on the beach 💪🏾‼️this was the best footage I could get bc it was EXTREMELY WINDY but I really enjoyed it I wish I could workout on the beach everyday 😌 & one day soon I will ❤️

I’ve been using these BPI SPORTS pre workout for energy & to enhance my performance 1 scoop per 8 oz fluid it’s AMAZING 👏🏾❗️ Also BPI SPORTS muscle recovery to help with muscle repair, build healthy muscle & also help enhancing my workout... Meal prep from earlier this week I did for work ‼️ I work a full time job & train. I’m also a mother of 2 boys therefore, I don’t always have a lot of time on my hands. I meal prep the work week so I don’t have to worry about making any bad decisions while on the run 😊‼️
