Erica has been in the beauty industry for 18 years and has owned Next Level Salon & Spa since 2018. She’s especially known for her highlights and precision cuts (a crisp fade is her love language), but don’t let that fool you—she’s truly a jack-of-all-trades. Erica takes pride in creating a full-service salon and spa where you can come in for one service and leave feeling like you enjoyed an entire spa day. If it boosts confidence, relaxation, or glow, chances are she’s mastered it.

Madison is our talented esthetician, specializing in custom facials, dermaplaning, HydraFacials, body waxing, lash lifts, and lash & brow tints. Her favorite service is the 90-minute custom facial, tailored to your skin’s needs and finished with a massage that may cause you to forget what day it is. She also loves a lash lift & tint for that effortless “wow” factor. When she’s not in the spa, she’s gardening, spending time with her fiancé and loved ones, or embracing her inner grandma with vintage décor and crafts—yes, she’s proudly our 20-year-old grandma.😉

She also earned 1st place in Nail Care at the state level for SkillsUSA, an experience that fueled her passion even more. Alexis uses nails as a creative way to express personality and have fun.
