🌿 Cancellation Policy Update 🌿

I absolutely understand that sometime life happens and gets in the way of appointments and they need to be rescheduled.

🌱 However, I do kindly ask that you give me at least a 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me time to offer this appointment to another client needing to get in on my schedule.

🌱 If you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 Hours of your appointment, there will be a fee of 50% of
your service charged. If you no show your appointment or give little notice the full amount of your service will be charged.

🌱 If an issue arises during your appointment that you were unaware of (concerning the head or scalp) that prevents me from completing your service the full amount will be charged.

I appreciate all of my clients cooperation in following the cancellation policy. This will
helps me serve each one of you to my fullest extent!
