Therapeutic Touch Massage

Massage therapist come & go but there’s only one “Miss Lynda”!!!
I’ve been here for years working ridiculous hours, keeping fees as low as I can so it remains affordable for ALL people, bartering services for massage, whatever it takes..trying to work all of you in if at all possible especially if your in pain..because I care more about each of you then I do the money.
Nothings wrong with making a lot of money and opening a luxurious office. I could have done that at several points & would have been much more financially secure today but I have no regrets for the path I’ve followed and I’d do it all again.
It’s been a honor to go through life’s ups & downs with you..celebrate your successes & pray for you through the losses.
Thank you to my loyal clients for your support through the years. I appreciate each & every one of you.
As long as God gives me strength I will continue to do the work he has given me. I’ve been so blessed!!

August is National Wellness Month, but massage therapists spend every month supporting someone else’s well-being.

Your wellness does not have to look like a perfect routine. It may look like taking a real lunch break, building a schedule your body can sustain, receiving care yourself, asking for support or protecting a boundary before you are completely depleted.

What is one thing you are protecting this month so you can continue doing the work you love?
