Mental health care is something I am deeply passionate about. In today’s world, taking care of our mental health and looking out for one another is more important than ever. We have all experienced hard days, and many of us have experienced the heartbreaking loss of people we love. 🩵

Let’s use days like this to raise awareness, start conversations, and remind our children that it’s okay to talk about their feelings. It’s okay to ask for help. And it’s okay to not be okay sometimes.

Life is full of meaning, even when we can’t always see it in the moment. Sometimes, it’s simply about taking one day at a time, one moment at a time.
Our GOOD VIBES tea represents the good days ahead, the hope we carry into the future, and the beautiful memories we hold close of those we love and miss.
