📣 HARTLEY… I HEARD YOU! 🤎
Okay, okay — you made yourselves pretty clear. 😂
At Ease Bodywork is staying in Hartley ONE day a week!
✨ WEDNESDAYS AT REAL REFLECTIONS ✨
And because I know not everyone can make daytime appointments work…
🌙 Every other Wednesday will be a LATE Wednesday!
That means you'll still have a consistent day to find me right here in Hartley, with evening appointments available every other week.
I truly thought I was ready to completely close this chapter and move everything to Sheldon, but after hearing from so many of you who still wanted a Hartley option, I decided one day a week feels like the perfect balance. 🤎
📍 Wednesdays — Real Reflections | Hartley
🌙 Every other Wednesday — late appointments available
📍 Remaining availability — DRIP 712 | Sheldon
Hartley, you spoke. I listened. We're keeping Wednesdays. 💆♀️🤎

Why your massage therapist LOVES when you book 90 minutes 🙌🏼
Don't get me wrong—I can do A LOT in 60 minutes.
But give me 90 minutes?! Now we're talking. 😂
With a 90-minute session, I don't feel like I'm racing the clock. I have time to actually slow down, listen to what your body is telling me, and give those stubborn areas the attention they're asking for.
It gives us time to:
✨ Let your nervous system actually settle
✨ Spend extra time on your problem areas
✨ Work intentionally instead of rushing from area to area
✨ Address multiple areas without sacrificing the rest of the session
✨ Incorporate deeper or more therapeutic work when your body needs it
✨ Give your body time to respond to the work
Sometimes I get into an area and think, “Ohhhh, we need to stay right here for a minute.” 😂
In a 60-minute session, I'm already doing the mental math of what I can adjust.
In a 90?
We have time.
And that's probably my favorite part.
60 minutes is absolutely enough for a great massage—but 90 minutes gives me room to really be your massage therapist. To slow down, be intentional, and give your body the therapeutic attention it deserves.
So if you've ever wondered why I get a little excited when I see 90 MINUTES on my schedule...
Now you know. 😂🤍
How often should you get a massage? 💆♀️
The answer looks a little different for everyone—but there’s a BIG difference between waiting until your body is screaming for help and giving it regular care along the way.
✨ Once a year:
“Okay… I probably should’ve booked this months ago.” 😅
✨ Every 6 months:
A much-needed reset when life has been doing what life does.
✨ Every 3 months:
A chance to check in with your body before tension has months and months to pile up.
✨ Once a month:
Regular maintenance. Time intentionally set aside to address tension, slow down, and give your body a chance to reset.
✨ Every 2–4 weeks:
For those working through persistent tension, physically demanding jobs, high-stress seasons, or simply realizing how much better they feel with consistent bodywork.
Massage doesn't have to be something you save for when your body finally says ENOUGH.
It can be part of taking care of yourself before you reach that point. ❤️
And no—everyone doesn't need the same schedule. At At Ease Bodywork, we'll find a rhythm that makes sense for your body, your goals, your life, and your budget.
Your body carries you through every single day.
You’re allowed to take care of it along the way. 🤍

With all the allergies and junk going around this is a must!
Message me to book!
🤧 Sinus pressure got you feeling miserable?
Massage might be able to offer a little relief. 🌿
When congestion and sinus pressure hit, gentle massage around the face, neck, scalp, and upper body can help encourage relaxation, ease some of the muscular tension that comes along with feeling stuffed up, and support natural drainage.
During your session, we can spend a little extra time focusing on areas like:
✨ Face & jaw
✨ Scalp
✨ Neck & shoulders
✨ Upper chest
✨ Gentle sinus-focused techniques
Massage isn't a cure for a sinus infection or allergies—but when your head feels heavy, your face feels tight, and you're carrying ALL that tension? A little hands-on care can feel pretty dang good. 🤎
And yes—you can absolutely ask me to add some sinus-focused work to your next massage.
